When I finally decided to take the plunge and combine motherhood with my own business, I named it after my daughter, Mia Leentje. She is, after all, my muse, my inspiration, the everyday diva herself.I try to do two collections a year - Spring/Summer and a Fall/Winter - and have an ever-growing choice of custom-made garments to offer. From personalized banners to upcycling mens' shirts into dresses or pillow cases into pants, there really isn't much I can't do with good quality pre-loved clothing and fabrics.
Now, my studio is overflowing with fabrics which I am constantly turning into eco-friendly, extremely wearable, works of art for kids and grown-ups. I've decided to start this blog to share my experiences and hopefully inspire others to do the same!
